I believe it is a total integration of the spiritual, financial,
vocational, mental, family, social and physical aspects of life.
What are your thoughts?
If we can achieve progress in all of the above areas, we will be truly wealthy!

I am also a on the alex jeffreys coaching course and finding all the info very interesting. I am struggling with the tech side of things however. I decided right from the start that I would outscource that side of the business, but of course I could not do that with the profit pulling platform for obvious reasons. So I am still stuck with that part of things.
Nice clean blog by the way and I agree with you that real wealth is a mix of different aspects of life. Thats what made me join in this course, to have a different way of life.
I have studied psychotherapy and counselling and enjoy helping others. So if I can have more relaxed way of life by showing others how to do the same, then so much the better.
